I have been working as a Mortgage Broker since 1988 (when I passed the Real Estate Brokers Exam), and with First Security Loan since 1992. Before First Security Loan, I was with The Hammond Company, Regency Financial, and Novato Mortgage. See my resume.
My business has always been centered in the Marin/Sonoma area, but I have done deals throughout the state of
California
and in a couple other states as well.
I have always concentrated in Residential Real Estate loans, but have access to fellow Mortgage Brokers who I will cooperate with on the commercial deals.
My focus has been to best serve my clients, with honesty being the base of what I do. If a deal does not make sense, I have no problem explaining this to my client.
The majority of my business comes from referrals, and my clients know I will be honest and do their friends and family right.
