Our Process
Site Feasibility
We begin with a comprehensive feasibility study to evaluate your property and its potential. This includes a Jupe team site visit and a third-party assessment to determine project viability and next steps.
Plan & Design
Once the project moves forward, we begin brand development, site planning, and permitting. At the same time, production of the Jupe units and bathroom infrastructure begins while the destination’s identity and layout take shape.
Build the Experience
With permits approved, we prepare the site and assemble the details that shape the guest experience. This includes utilities, comfort packages, amenities, and curated elements that bring the property to life.
Deliver & Launch
Jupe units are delivered and installed along with wayfinding, furnishings, and guest-ready setups. We complete photography and launch assets so the destination is ready to welcome its first guests.
